So we bought a new house in June. The first big rain we had a few weeks ago and, of course, the roof leaked - on a Friday... My wife posted (I'm not sure where, maybe Facebook?) and 2 companies responded pretty quickly. The first company came out and looked at it and suggested a course of action, then Jeff from Houser came out and suggested a different course (more thorough and more expensive). He walked me through his thinking and what he recommended made more sense. He was professional and courteous (and didn't mind questions). PLEASE READ!! I had a phenomenal experience with Jeff and Houser Roofing! I had a hole in my roof and I was super confused on what to do or who to call. Im so happy I called Houser Roofing. Jeff helped me through the whole process from beginning to end. I was able to file a claim with my insurance and get the hole repaired and the whole roof replaced. Entire roof was replaced super quick and everyone was super kind and professional. 10/10 recommended to everyone. Ask for Jeff and say CANTU sent you!
