TX Seabrook Carpet Cleaning

I had an emergency need for my dining room area rug to be cleaned (our dog got sick on it). When I called they said they could have someone out within 4 hours. While waiting, the technician called to explain he was overbooked (unlike what their name says they are NOT in Seabrook, but subcontract operators from all over Houston). I pleaded with the guy to come help, so he relented. Not only did Salvador show up when he said he would--6pm, when he should have been on his way home to the other side of Houston--he was understanding and assured me he could take care of the stains. It was hard work to set up his truck based machine and he did a thorough job of cleaning the entire rug, which took him about 45 minutes. It was a huge help to have a professional take care of a problem for me and be so nice about it.
