We encountered a backed up toilet situation in the downstairs bathroom which is used by our disabled mother who can’t climb the stairs.They immediately dispatched a repairman and within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed.The repair was an emergency situation and they responded in a responsible, professional manner at a reasonable price.
