Great, prompt service with White Flag Pest and Critter. Shortly after moving into my new home in San Antonio we started hearing movement around the fireplace. I contacted Jason late on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out on Monday. He quickly found the entry point and identified the Critter as a raccoon. During that same visit he placed an exit only door and closed off all other entrance points. He also placed a camera to watch the door. Hopefully the racoon will move on in the next few days.
Our first experience with white flag was phenomenal. We were booked quickly and the tech was very knowledgeable. We ditched our old pest control company after they kept raising their rates, and White Flag was priced so well we decided to give them a shot. We will definitely continue to use them!

RJ came to treat inside and out. He was very professional, and took the time to explain everything! These days when everyone is in a rush it was so nice to have RJ and Jason be so thorough, take their time, listen to me and not rush through everything.
