“We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task. Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. He even gave me information to pass along to my drywall guy on what was done. I did find it a rather high price for what I considered a low difficulty, non-urgent request, and the invoice didn't have a breakdown to show that the fee had indeed been waived, which is why they're only at four stars. At least they take checks!I'll be keeping these guys in mind for the next repair!“

“Christianson was the company that Wilshire Homes used in 2006 when the house was built. They have serviced my AC, furnace, water heater, and plumbing since then. Most recently there was an AC issue that needed diagnostics and then my monitoring and reporting back. Paul M was the technician who followed the issue, assessed the history of the unit, and narrowed down what needed to be replaced to fix it. I waited until he was available and dispatch got Paul M back to me to fix it. He thoroughly discussed how the capacitor, fan motor, and compressor in the outdoor unit are all related. Of course this is all being done during the weeks of 100 degree temperatures, and both he and the company were very concerned about my comfort.“
