For anyone looking to build a truly custom home at a lower price than a custom builder this is the company to call. We ended up not building right now because it wasn’t the right moment but we will in the near future and this company is our go to for that, we want to give our special thanks to Lee for being very patient all throughout the process of deciding whether we were ready or not, and we never felt pressured to do anything, but he was always there to check on us and make us feel comfortable with our decision. thanks Lee for your help. Awesome job from the crew of the Schertz Office - from the inception, design, engineering, to include assistance with financing and vendors. These folks truly know their trade. But I must give a hefty "Shout Out" to Brandon, as our consultant. He was on point, honest and never further than a phone call away. We did experience a bit of a challenge with one of the contractors, but overall, the process went as painless as possible. I whole heartedly recommend UBuildit for your build.
GREAT! Is what I can say about my experience! They have a great team for the most part who will walk you through the process. Also, once you're complete they still stand by you. Lee is awesome and everytime I texted him he would call me back within 30 mins. I won't tell you that it's not time consuming, but in the end you’ll have more in equity when you finish then you can ever imagine. So trust them and stay with the process. Overall it was a great experience and I want to say Thanks to everyone at UBuildIt Schertz. They really care about what they do!
