Great service and staff. Went in feeling awful and was met with lots of smiles, knowledge and expert care. They were quick but not rushed. Every nurse, doctor and staff member was lovely and made a bad day better. Thanks for the help!

Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic is amazing, as my first contact Annie was great. I walked in with a cut on my big toe, that my friends state that it will need stitches, Annie assisted me quickly and assured me they would take good care of me. Dr. Gibson and his Nurse Lisa went over and beyond to comfort me and kept me posted on what was going on. In addition, I needed an x-ray and Jeannie the tech was prompt and courteous. My friends were right, I left the clinic with 3 stitches. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for awesome quality care with a smile.. My experience was great. Despite the pain I was in. I was very happy with the way I was treated. Everyone that came into the room introduced themselves and listened as I explained my pain. Everyone was calm, attentive, and pleasant, which put me at ease, and when they took my blood pressure it was perfect. That set the precedence for the rest of the exam. I can’t say enough great things about this gem in Schertz and the great work they do. Thank you to my team: Cassie, Darleen, Sean, Courtney and Dr. Rayfield. If I, or anyone else needs a referral please don’t hesitate. Great service all the way around. Bonus they take Tricare!
