Accolades to the Babock Rd. Office: Although my primary businesses are mostly IT related, I continue to have some fitness & wellness business interests/clientele. Prior to having my vehicle rear ended, I've never incurred any significant injuries. This is despite having a fairly intense background in weight lifting, contact martial arts, and myriad athletic endeavors. Coupled with having a personal background in physiology, I had some reticence about how well therapeutic processes could implemented for someone like myself(e.g. balancing intensity with healing/recovery rates). I could write a litany of all the positives that came from this time, but suffice to say that everyone from the office administrator Cheryl, to the PT's Brian, Avery, and Sergio helped to develop, structure, and accommodate an effective program. Said program has rapidly alleviated pain, reduced inflammation, and helped me regain strength, and flexibility. A sincere thank you, and Ks3(Keep safe, smart, strong)! To this superlative team!!
