My work can lead me to have severe worries about my back being injured. Every time I have seen Dr. Nira has put me at ease and I have been fortunate to only have strained muscles and pinched nerves. Under his care I have had incredible recovery rates! I just have to be sure to adhere to his programs and I feel great, eventually lol! Definitely recommend TSAOG and Dr. Nira.

My experience on this first visit what much better than I anticipated, I had a constant back pain for a few months and it went away, I know I have to follow at home with some exercises… but I am relieved to know that I don’t have to live with the pain
