The guy came to our house and fixed our washer in 25 minutes. He knew what was wrong before he even walked in the door. Price was less than I feared and he even honored the $10 on line coupon we showed him.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Lisa's today! I had another Company attempt to repair my Samsung Range (under warranty), but they could not identify the issue, just wanting to swap out control boards and parts without completing any tests. I went without an oven for 30 days, with no end in sight. We called in Lisa's Appliance in desperation! Their Tech, Patrick, came out on the same day. He had read up on our range BEFORE coming to our home, and performed a few electronic tests based on what I had said was wrong with it. He had it fixed in less than 15 minutes...a broken sensor wire!!!! We will not hesitate to use them again!!!!
