The Pilates intro class her was a great 30 minute workout. The instructor didn’t try to kill us as beginners but gave us a well rounded experience and a wealth of information on available classes. I’m definitely planning to attend a drop in class and maybe sign up for a membership when I have more time in my schedule.
I tried the 30 minute intro class they give for free and it was nice ! It was my first time in a reformer class and it was cool. I would recommend for people who are able to come consistently. I felt my muscles for about a couple days after I went . Try the free class and if you like it sign up if you can! The instructor was nice . The place seemed clean . I'd hope they spray down the equipment every now and then but if not they give wipes. The atmosphere was chill during the class and I think it's a nice Pilates environment for everyone.
Absolutely love this place. It's been a while since I have done any sort of excercise. I really dislike the gym but I love Pilates. The staff and instructors are so friendly and helpful. Very pleased!
