Now that SouthCoast is part of the Houston HVAC Alliance there has been tremendous improvement especially in terms of service and quality of workmanship. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and respond quickly to service calls. Turnaround is fast and parts needed were quickly obtained and installed. I would not hesitate to use SouthCoast for any heating or air conditioning needs.
To add insult to injury after a hurricane, my vet started blowing hot air in 3 rooms. Alliance responded immediately and came out the next day. The tech was very nice and checked everything out. He explained the issue was self induced...our filter was too thick...bless him for saying it with a straight face. He made a recommendation on which filter to get and we've had cool air circulating ever since! Great company and would call again!
