My name is Andrew from Kats Barbecue.. today Sunday this shop saved our day ! Really saved our day . My grandkids are here from Japan and we decided to have lunch at Ivette’s Italian restaurant in leaguecity . When pulled in to the parking lot my truck blew a tire and as went went into the restaurant I was checking for the Jack to change my tire and realized I was missing something to get the job done . My wife said now what and I said I got it !!! So I called Bubba and him and his wife came and got us back on track for the rest of the day . This is customer service at its best his day off and traveling across town to help out a customer. We can’t say enough about this business. My wife and I watched them two start from scratch just like us at the bbq restaurant . That’s why we recommend Bubbas on 32 st in Santa Fe .
