“This is a great establishment. I found it when I was selling some sneakers on marketplace. Luis reached out and asked me to bring them by the shop. They offered very fair prices on the shoes, better than others in the area. My son ended up getting a cut from Luis while we were there and has gone back to him several times since. I appreciate how clean they keep the bathrooms as well. Overall it's a great experience every time we've been there.“

“This was a great barber experience! I have a bald head. I went for the experience of a straight razor shave. Of course, I can do this at home, but sometimes, a man has to treat himself to life's simple pleasures. That's a trip to an old-school barbershop for me, where men can be men. Talk trash, hang out, and laugh at each other's jokes. A place that it seems soon may only be found in the pages of history.

Tyrone "Old School" was a great barber. You can tell he has been doing this forever and still has all the passion for it. He was funny and did a great job making me feel like a long-time customer despite it being my 1st time.

It is not exactly the old school barber experience but in a good way. It is very family friendly, and their were a lot of "going back to school" haircuts going on. I think some of them didn't know what to think to see me and "Old School" laughing so much as we shared some crazy and hilarious stories about our childhood. We were definitely hard to ignore, but I get that everywhere as I am a loud, Dominican, New Yorker. Everyone was still very nice there.

I will definitely be back.

Jas does a WONDERFUL job with locs! My daughter and I have microlocs, and we were looking for someone closer in the Galveston county area. We were NOT disappointed by any means. I've had a detox elsewhere, and it left a lot of buildup and didn't remove the previous buildup. Jas's detox and deep conditioning were absolutely AMAZING!! Our hair was much lighter, parts were clean and crisp, and she had a really sweet spirit!

“Elizabeth is an absolute rockstar, truly.My 3 year old son detests haircuts and she made it an amazing experience regardless of his crying and screaming, i was embarrassed but she calmed me down and told me even though its though shes a kids stylist for a reason because she loves it, although he was screaming and all during the cut, as soon as we left he was happy and smiling and saying how much he loved it. I may live three hours away but i think from now on Elizabeth is my go to girl.Ive always felt nervous taking him in especially because of the fits but now i feel more confident in taking him to this location and to this stylist soley because of how well we where treated.
