“Our family has used Ace Heating and Air Conditioning for at least 30 years. The service over the years has been excellent. Their employees are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They installed our air conditioning unit 21 years ago. We never had any issues. It might have needed a new capacitor, but nothing major.
One week ago our compressor stopped running. We called Ace on a Sunday night and they were out to our house the first thing on Monday. Because our prior unit was 21years old we decided not to just replace the compressor, but the entire unit. It was ordered and installed on Wednesday. Ace Air Conditioning went above and beyond and brought us a window unit for our bedroom. We slept great for those two nights before our new air conditioner was installed.
