Stephen was really great. He was communicative and respectful. He was kind enough to check my battery and while he was checking out my battery he noticed something was loose, it was my serpentine belt. He explained in detail that it wasn't my battery or my alternator that caused my car to stop on the road but the serpentine belt. I was very relieved to be honest. I really appreciate him for his help. Such a good guy. Definitely recommend!

Lexus Roadside Assistance dispatched Wimberley Towing to change my flat tire during rush hour. I thought for sure I would be waiting 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Oscar arrived in less than 30 minutes and had it changed in 15 minutes. He was pleasant, polite and well mannered. Would recommend this group whether you need a tow, a jump start, battery change or just a flat tire! My experience was a “luck of the draw” with Lexus, but I now have them saved in my contact list!

I rented a car from Hertz and my friend and I decided to drive to Fredericksburg from Austin to see some rhinoceroses that were on a winery. Halfway there our tire blew out on both sides. Mark from Wimberley towing came and saved the day. He was so kind. He tried to change the tire but he couldn't because it was locked and there was no key in the car to unlock it. Then he drove us back to Austin but before that he stopped at a convenience store for us to get a drink as we were thirsty after sitting in the car for an hour. Thank you so much Mark! You were so wonderful to deal with.
