Installed heated floors in our bathroom but they would not power on. Installer said it was a problem with the equipment. Veteran Electric was the only company willing to actually diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a staple that punctured the electrical wire which they replaced. They got everything working and I brought them back out for additional work.
Excellent communicators and on time for the job. We had what I thought was wiring issues but it was minor so they taught me how to avoid issue in future. Really great company. Highly recommend and they will be back to install 2 story fixtures once I buy them.
I am very pleased. They replied immediately to my Yelp request, their price for a service call was the lowest of several quotes. Arrived as scheduled. At first they didn't want to try to fix the broken ceiling fan, said it's very unlikely to succeed. Wanted to just replace the light box. But I strongly urged them to try because this fan/light is a beautiful antique. They did try, and they succeeded.
