If I could rate a 0 I would. Filed one year with her and she messed up on my husband’s itin application. After receiving the letter that it was rejected, I tried multiple times to try and get a hold of her and no answer, finally after several months was able to get in touch with her and she was supposed to fix the issue but instead filed for the itin a different year instead of amending. I didn’t want to use her but my husband insisted on her fixing it. We went ahead and filed again and yet again she messed up on the business part of the taxes and again no answer, so for her mistakes we are stuck paying $4500 which would not have been the case if she would have known...read full review
