This a small family-owned business, and their pride in their work is outstanding. Karen who schedules the appointments is wonderful. She always gets your service appointment quickly and works around your schedule. I can only say positive things about their knowledge. Jared is a really experienced plumber. He has been in out of my home for more than two years. He makes sure you understand the costs of the repairs and explains what he is doing. He has even picked up some plumbing parts for me. Our shower had a leak in the valve and created a mess within the walls. We asked around for reliable service and Mr. Rooter was recommended over and over. We called and Andy and Chance came out quickly. They were courteous and on time. After finding the root of our problem, we scheduled for them to come back out and in less than 4 hours we have a working shower with no leaks plus Andy raised my shower head 5 inches. Definitely took customer service to the next level. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of San Marcos!
These people sent a repair man to my house within 30 minutes of my call, charged a reasonable price, were honest, and fixed the issue quickly. Can't recommend enough. Fantastic.
