After carefully researching a/c's and service providers, two things stood out: a) the service provider is more important than the brand, and b) Marvin's customers are customers for life. David's quotes were reasonably priced and detailed, he gave several good options, and he explained them. He and his folks came when they said they would, stuck with the original price, worked quickly and efficiently, and followed up on the installation to be sure it was right. David helped us with an extended warranty on labor and replaced a wire from the thermostat to the outside condenser at no charge.
