Hannah helped me through the whole process, tour, membership info. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient. When I signed up today around 2pm after getting my free intro test workout, the other 2 young ladies on duty were very friendly also. I appreciated everyone making me feel at ease. I think I'm going to enjoy HOTWORX (San Marcos). The videos allowed me to go at my own pace, only doing what I could, without making me feel inadequate like in a normal gym setting. Thank you!?
The girl who helped me at the front desk was just the best ever! She put up with my nervous rambling and was so helpful and even gave me the best little tour showing me the ropes!! She has made me just so excited to start working out here and I hope the best for her!! The facility is so nice and clean, I cannot wait to test it out!!
Went in for my first free workout and LOVED IT! I believe it was Hannah who helped me and she was super sweet and explained everything so well. The vibe here is cool and is just what I have been looking for.
