Amazing. So effective. So comprehensive. Dr. Laird takes the time to hear your concerns and investigate causes to actually relieve your symptoms! Highly recommend to anyone, but especially to ladies with any post-natal questions/concerns.
I have been coming to Hays Co PT & wellness for about 6 months now and have had nothing but great experiences there. I came in originally to manage pain I was having during intercourse but throughout my time here we covered so many different issues. She’s helped me get into the gym again after having a history of chronic hip and back pain, helped me recover after a surgery, encouraged me to be more mindful of the food I’m putting into my body, and has helped me modify my lifestyle so that I am still able to do all the things I should be able to do as a 22 year old, while managing chronic pain. I highly recommend Dr. Laird! She not only helped me with my initial concern but also addressed other body ailments, including pelvic floor therapy, which is so important for overall health in both men and women but often overlooked. Dr. Laird is professional, explains everything clearly, and truly listens, answering all of my questions with patience. Her staff is equally amazing, and the exercises have made a real difference in my recovery. If you're looking for a therapist who goes above and beyond, Dr. Laird is the one to see!
