We recently hired Divided Sky to replace our hail-damaged roof. We requested that they use an impact resistant roof, since our area (hill country) has frequent hail storms and we didn't want to replace roofs annually. They suggested the Vista Malarkey Class 4 impact resistant roof, which would be allowed under our HOA but is much sturdier than regular architectural shingles. It also will lower our homeowner insurance costs.
They were very efficient in installing our roof and were careful to protect our property and plants. We are very happy with their company and recommend them.
Divided Sky replaced my roof and added solar panels after a hail storm damaged the roof. Will Bowers, roofing, and Matt Darst, solar, were both a pleasure to work with and friendly, honest, and professional. They did high quality work on schedule and were always available to answer any questions I had. The roof and solar panels look great and it's exciting to have the solar addition. My shingles were upgraded to Class IV shingles with only a small price difference. The panels they install are made in the US, an added incentive. We highly recommend Divided Sky, and in particular Matt Darst. It was a pleasure to work with Matt and everything was done in a timely manner and to perfection. We are so happy with our generac and the install process. Highly, highly recommend!
