I am very pleased with the help I received here. Casey was my physical therapist, and he did a spectacular job, session after session. Each therapy session was unique, which Casey formulated based upon my needs and past performance, coupled with his knowledge, training and experience. Casey consistently asked me how my body was responding, whether good or bad. He provided consistent motivation and encouragement. Casey truly listened to all I told him. Whenever I asked, he gave me excellent explanations of each exercise he asked me to carry out. Casey knows what he is doing, is supportive, and made sure I knew why I was doing a particular task. Quite importantly, Casey enabled me to obtain amazing results. You can't go wrong when you are served by this business. They are true professionals, from the front desk staff to your individual physical therapist. They have the know-how, the equipment, and the proper approach to helping others. You can't ho wrong here, especially with Casey as your PT!
I wish I was able to give more than five stars, because these folks are absolutely stellar! I came to them for a knee injury after it became clear that home treatment alone wouldn't cut it, and it has made such a big difference. I went from wearing a brace just to walk without pain, to jogging with no pain at all! I worked primarily with Dr. Reeves, and she was not only knowledgable but also warm and encouraging as we worked toward my recovery. Everyone who worked there--front desk folks included!--absolutely exceeded my expectations. Plus, they get bonus points from me for being queer-friendly. (Not surprising for San Marcos, but always welcomed.)
This is the third physical therapy clinic in San Marcos that I have frequented, and it is the best by far. The friendliness, years of experience, hands-on management, and top-notch skills that include alternative methods such as acupuncture and chiropractic manipulation in addition to traditional physical therapy exercises make this team tough to beat.
