I've been going to Carothers Family Dental for a little over a year. I am very happy with my experience. Dentists and hygienists are top notch. We are very fortunate to have quality dentistry near where I live.
I had a recent dental cleaning at Carouthers Family Dental. Shanny, the hygienist, was very thorough, and she explained everything she was doing. She was very helpful, and she gave me advice for my daily dental care. Excellent service!
I believe it is a requirement to go above and beyond, and to be a very sweet person to work here. They are very accommodating when needing to reschedule and are extremely thorough (I've never had a dentist check my jaw before them). I have never been pushed to do any service and they go the extra mile double-checking that insurance will cover anything needed. Recently, I had an appointment with Shanny Light who made me feel very comfortable and who was not only good at her job but pleasant to talk to. I cannot recommend this place any higher especially for those who have anxiety at the dentist.
