Jeremy did an incredible job in replacing my IPad Pro 12.9 battery! First of all, I was pleased that 1up could even source the battery, because it’s an older Generation IPad, but Jeremy ordered it and had it back to me within 2 hours! This review is very late but on April 14th I came in and was able to get my phone screen (touch was not responsive) replaced within the hour. The gentleman there was very understanding and helpful, I can’t thank him enough.

Apple quoted me $800 to fix my iPad charging port. This shop only quoted me $450 but shortly after dropping it off, they called back saying they could fix it with no parts free of charge! Highly recommend!
