Chris and Santiago made us aware of the severity of the mold growth, and immediately proceeded to isolate and treat the area for mold mitigation, with another treatment the day after. The reconstruction started after they made sure that all was dry.As for any homeowner, my anxiety levels were out the roof. But their presence was courteous, respectful, and reassuring. They never stopped to explain what was happening or what was the next step in the process. I asked if they could add a few shelves I had been wanting, and they did! Their fees were reasonable and their payment method was very convenient.They left on Friday, and Sunday evening I had to call them again with another emergency: the water valve to one of the showers would not shut. “Herbert came out and quickly assessed my situation and provided a comprehensive estimate that clearly detailed what work was to be done. When the crew showed up, they went over the proposed work with me and after confirming what was to be done they got started. The crew worked like a well oiled machine where they braced the area to be worked on and showed good safety practices. It took them the better part of the day to do the work and clean up but when they were done the area was repaired and it looked like there was never any damage. They did great work.“
