I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Michael Troy at the Women’s Health Institute. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything with empathy in a way that is easy to understand. The staff is kind, friendly, and always supportive and timely. I particularly appreciate that the office offers phlebotomy, sonogram, and mammograms on site, making it convenient to get all necessary tests done in one place. Highly recommend!
Couldn't get an appointment any sooner than 6 weeks. Fine, I guess that's just the standard of American health care these days. Dr. Carrol was great. Then I never got my test results so I had to call multiple times even though they swore they'd post it in the online portal. Since my visit six weeks ago I've been trying to get a replacement for my Nexplanon birth control. I send in the paperwork. No reply from them. Call them multiple times, finally get someone on the phone, they'll have their person call me back. Never call me back. Guess it's time to give up and find a different doctor.
After my Dr. retired I chose Dr. Ramos Gonzales I’ve been so happy with every visit as far as explanation of everything and her responsiveness to all my questions and concerns now the wait time really isn’t in our hands and it happens with every Dr officeI love the staff (Lab,Sonogram,nurse,receptionist)
