Highly recommend Wilks Air! The most professional and knowledgeable people in the HVAC business! I signed up for their maintenance program. Best decision ever! They come out twice a year to inspect and maintain my HVAC system. This program also gives you priority when you need an technician due to a problem with your system. Every tech they've sent to my house is respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient with diagnosing and fixing any issue my system has. Call them if you need help with your HVAC system! You'll be glad you did!
We had been without air conditioning for a few months. When we called Wilk’s who we had used in the past we discovered that we had a bad motor in our attic. Our service rep came out to replace the motor and that night we couldn’t get the house to cool. The next day we called in a request to please come out and review we had two service techs wh came out at noon and who were able to detect that the motor was bad and they stayed after 8:30pm replacing the motor and testing that to make sure it worked! I’m VERY satisfied with the service (and the price) that Wilks has provided me. The servicemen have always worn boots and are considerate of my home. They treat it as if it were their own. They look at all the little details, not just the large hardware. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
