I called and spoke with someone about my lock issues. I was given some information about what the cause might be and given some options.The lock was repaired after a site visit in no time flat. The entire experience was easy.

Terrific products & service! They made a replacement key for my truck very quickly & at 75% cheaper than the Ford dealer, who said it would take 3 hours. Whitley did it in 25 minutes (takes time because the key had to be computer programmed to my truck). Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. You can trust them with anything to do with keys, locks, and safes.

JC came and was friendly and professional. He was able to change out my key pad locks and key all of them alike. JC also helped me through the instructions for setting my codes. Also he fixed a lever handle that fell off the door keeping us from entering the house through the garage. Very happy with his service and the company he works for.
