“Get experience with Tsanko. He originally came out to look at some washer connections that we thought were covered in hard water buildup. He explained they were fine and it was just the flux on the pipe. He also looked at a toilet my husband had tried to repair. Tsanko removed some extra chain and didn’t charge at all for this visit. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional, not trying to oversell someone but rather treat them with honesty and integrity. Our water heater was 20 years old and in due of replacement so we decided we definitely wanted to go with him. He was able to install in less than two weeks even with my chaotic work schedule.
