Very accommodating of my situation. Went above and beyond to help me and not have to make multiple appointments where most doctors would have told me I’d have to have a separate appointment for different issues. Helped me with referrals as well.

Dr Rosen Trinidad is a remarkable human being. In the half hour speaking with him and feeling like I was speaking with and old friend. His bedside manner is remarkable and I’m sure others that have had the pleasure of knowing him in a professional or not manner would say the same. Thank you Dr Trinidad your very much an asset to Village Medical.

I was in and out in 20 min. Front desk was very nice. Nurse was understanding and nice. APN Williams was quick and honest. She didn't sugar coat the truth and I appreciate her candor. She provided me with plenty of information. Unfortunately she is leaving the practice in a week so now I need to change pcps. But overall it was a very positive experience.
