Nice and quiet place. Accepted me as a walk-in. Very friendly staff was greeted as soon as I came in. Easy paperwork to fill out and Faith was super friendly as well. Greatly recommend not a long wait time either. Located inside the Southpark mall.
Awesome service. Greeted when I walked in with smiling faces. Diana was friendly and professional. I also liked how they sanitized equipment in front of me. I do recommend them to family and friends.Ty Jim.
Dr. Nichols is great! He is very passionate about your vision. He went above and beyond for me. I had gone in for my regular eye exam on Monday and Tuesday when I went to go select my glasses, I was speaking with Sal the LensCrafters person who assisted me, and we were talking about the type of l gasses I wanted and noticed I didn't ask for my computer prescription. He said you should go next door and see if Dr. Nichols can add it. I was like ok I'll do that, in hopes that he was not too busy like the day before.
