12/24/25: I cannot say enough about Veteran Air and their employees! Isaac, Jonathan and Ethan are amazing! Won’t get into the details of our AC just that it had gone out (right before Christmas, oh nooooo!) The amazing techs came out, figured out the issue, explained it to us in laymen’s terms, and promptly got it up and running again! Christmas is saved!! The staff and techs are so wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and professional! Even when calling to schedule services, Lisa is fantastic! Veteran Air will continue to be our go to HVAC company!
I’m a Veteran. Called Veteran Air to check & conduct a maintenance check on my HVAC system. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable. He identified parts that needed replacing, quoted an affordable price for replacement (with Veteran Discount), had the parts on hand & completed the work within the hour. Best of all, he gave me a complete invoice of his findings, work conducted, & recommended improvements for the issues I asked him to address (like dust) before leaving my house. I’m glad we contacted Veteran Air of San Antonio.
Our second service from Veteran Air, Isidro was our technician again. We are very happy with the service and his experience! We’ve used a couple of other HVAC companies that didn’t work out for the best, but I think we’ve finally found the right company, and the right tech. Thanks Isidro!!!
