I did alot of research and comparing before choosing to go with Truly Nolen. And they did not disappoint. Carlos was amazing!! He explained everything as he went along, was very engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful! Thanks Carlos for a great experience.
I am a center director at a Timberpath KinderCare and I have had Mark Chezem from Truly Nolen come out spray centers and he is awesome! I always ask for him because he really cares and always makes sure to lock up the center after and gives me a call as well. A lot times he will come out on a 1 notice day which is awesome. I originally had the appointment scheduled and confirmed on 5/6 in the AM. The tech never showed. I called the customer service and talked to a nice man who put me on hold multiple time and tried to get someone out to my house to no avail. I had another appointment scheduled on 5/17 between 3-5PM. I took off of work early to be there and at 4:55 called the customer service line to report the tech did not show up. Again I was put on hold while the agent tried to find out what was wrong. He told me the appointment wasn't scheduled to which I corrected him because I had a confirmed text stating the appointment was scheduled.
