I have started my weight loss journey here 4 years ago here at the Sw military location I weighed in at 388 pounds the staff here was really good to me they noticed I was really kind to me off words of emotion support as I lost weight I felt comfortable now I’m down to 230 pounds and I keep going to the gym and keep maintain my weight and I like to give a big shout out to Lydia for always making me feel welcomed and supported all the time
Julian and Ryan always make it a very pleasant experience. Every Trufit in San Antonio needs workers like these. Ones who truly care about each and every individual who walk through the doors day after day to work out. They definitely make you feel encouraged by welcoming you with a smile each and every time I’ve been here.
Overall best gym !Best part is the daycare. My kids never fight to come here vs other gyms we went too . The girls Jess, Hannah and the gentlemen there are the best and take really good care of the kiddos and makes them feel very comfortable. I love it here and highly recommend :)
