We listed our property for rent through Tru Management and Kristi was so helpful and answered all of our questions (we had a lot). She responds back in a timely manner and is so easy to work with! You can tell she enjoys her job and truly cares about their clients

I’ve recently started working with this property management company and so far my experience has been great. The onboarding process has been smooth, communication has been prompt, and I already feel more at ease knowing my rental property is in good hands. Kristi has been especially accessible and responsive whenever I’ve had questions, which has made the transition much less stressful.

I have not had the best experience so far. I don't get responses back from them they way that I respond back to them (quick). I ask several questions about things that never get answered because I never get a response back. Someone who showed my house accidentally locked the bottom lock when they left (I did not leave a key behind but the top lock is vivint) and they have yet to get maintenance to fix it. I don't feel like they are very eager to help you rent your home. I can change my review if things were to change. But they still have yet to. I would choose another company to help you rent your home.
