TRU Asset Management provides exceptional service to its clients. The company's team, including Mick, Alexa, and Jason, are known for their courtesy, care, and consistency in addressing concerns and resolving issues. Despite some initial challenges with a new rental property, TRU Asset Management's proactive attitude and prompt response time have been instrumental in resolving the problems. The company's owner, Jason, has taken personal control of certain situations, providing a sense of security and confidence to clients. While some clients have experienced difficulties with certain agents, such as Alexa, the company's overall commitment to its clients is evident.
I have not had the best experience so far. I don't get responses back from them they way that I respond back to them (quick). I ask several questions about things that never get answered because I never get a response back. Someone who showed my house accidentally locked the bottom lock when they left (I did not leave a key behind but the top lock is vivint) and they have yet to get maintenance to fix it. I don't feel like they are very eager to help you rent your home. I can change my review if things were to change. But they still have yet to. I would choose another company to help you rent your home.
Our move into a beautiful new rental has been pretty rough - but we're still so happy and feel very lucky we were able to move into the home and begin working with TRU. We found out from neighbors the house had been empty for a long while, so it's not anyone's fault for the issues that have occurred.
