I can’t express how grateful I am to Jared and his team for the help they gave to my mom and our family. Shout out to Jared at Tridom Roofing who did an amazing job on our roof. Our whole neighborhood got hit on the last big hail storm in April. There were many roofers giving bids up and down our street. We reached out to Tridom based on personal experience our friends had a few years ago. Having never filed a home claim in all our years of owning homes, Jared made the process smooth and efficient from start to finish. The roofing crew did an outstanding job on the roof and clean up (those nails can get tricky). But it was the customer service that really stood out. Jared did an amazing job, he came out and scheduled everything with the insurance, even when the insurance didn’t want to cover the replacement the price was amazing and affordable. Come the install, they started early and were done same day. Excellent work and care. I would recommend them over any company in town due to there communication, accuracy of timelines, and constant updates through the whole process.
