He gave me alot of useful information to take care of the tree. Even though they couldn't do the service the tree needed He explained to me all that needs done. “Murphy’s Law: If an emergency is going to occur, it will happen on a holiday weekend.On memorial weekend, a huge portion (about 1/2 the tree) of a Texas live oak split and landed on my roof. I left messages with several 24-hour emergency tree service companies. Jim Yates was the only company to respond during the holiday weekend. By the time other companies returned my call (after the holiday weekend), Yates was finished removing the tree. Everyone I spoke with on the team was courteous, friendly and professional.
