This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since...read full review
I needed someone to see my dogs ASAP and I take them to Banfield and they were unable to see them for two weeks which didn’t work for me as my dog had a infection in her foot and also my other dog was coughing and They were just laying around and sleeping and Towne animal got my pets in the next day and everyone is so friendly and took great care of my puppies !
I am new in town and I had to find a vet to see my dog asap. After calling numerous VETs, Towne North was the only one that would see my dog the same day. Being able to find this service is extremely important to me because you just never know when your pet will have a problem. Their service, friendly staff, and informative information are above reproach. I am definitely making them my VET for my precious Daisy and I will recommend them to everyone.
