I took one of my babies to Thrive Pet Healthcare, on December 16, because my primary veterinary recommended them due to services they do not provide. My baby's illness required an MRI for her brain and several additional testing. The doctor and technician explained the entire process before making my commitment during consultation. They also, provided a detail of the low and high cost expenses of the different services. Going with the high cost, they informed me of a couple of included procedure cost that might not be required but they would not know until the MRI was done. I felt comfortable leaving her but nervous on what the outcome would be. (Who wouldn't.) My babies procedure, lasting several hours from start to finish, didn't start at the time noted but was kept informed on each step and received a call from the doctor in between of the current diagnoses. Some testing require outsource Thrive analysis, which will take days and weeks for those results to return but this was also clearly disclosed to me during consultation. To wrap this up, during discharge, I was given explanation with documentation and medication for my little one, being advised on what to observe for on any possible abnormalities. Also, I was financially credited on a service that wasn't necessary. Being only two days since released, to see full results is unknown time away but currently feel satisfied taken her to Thrive. Looking for a complete positive recovery.

I arrived and saw my dog was on his side barely breathing. I quickly put cool water all over him and gave him liquids. He couldn’t walk and had little strength. It was an emergency fo Marvin, my dog. At Thrive, he was quickly seen and they continued him on liquids. Slowly he started getting his strength back. A day later he was even better. He is eating good and running around.
