An amazing visit today first time at this location but been w/ The Joint other locations for a long time but Dr. McDaniel was amazing & had new techniques that helped me pop more than I expected to after a long gap between last visit & now! Super nice reception staff Victoria was so sweet & helped me update my information/phone number. I am grateful to be at this location now! :)

Overall I had a good experience here with Dr. Nate and the female staff member who was there on Sundays. I didn’t have the greatest experience with Dr. Todd- he was the one I initially met with. He talked like a salesmen and I felt pressured to sign up for the full membership. Not sure that I really needed that, but at the same time I could have asked more questions. Other than that it was a good experience.

I had a recent head injury/TBI and had just started my subscription and paid upfront for a 6-month deal the week before the incident. When I called, I believe I spoke with Melissa, and then the manager Sarah, and they completely understood and made things easier for me to get a refund on the subscription that I had paid for. Once I am cleared to see a chiropractor again, I will be heading back to Joint at DeZavala due to their amazing customer service at a difficult time I am going through.
