I am extremely happy with the everything... My dog is a rescue dog and I've been taking him to PetSmart where they have always told me that they cannot cut his nails. I had ordered the package without his nails being cut because of this. I was so excited to find out that they had taken the time to actually be gentle enough to cut his nails because he just needed someone to be nice to him. They did not charge me for cutting his nails and my dog was very happy and relaxed and his haircut was handsome and he even had a cute bow that is also a collar that can be reused.... We found a much better alternative to our last place where my guy used to be at the salon all day, and about half of the day was in the kennel waiting or air drying. Andrea and her assistant did such an amazing job on our golden who was overdue for a summer shave. He also has super sensitive skin and very prone to hot spots. He was washed and shave in just a little over and hour and back in his comfy spot looking so handsome. They were very patient with him being a very anxious guy also. They were able to clip our other dogs nails on the spot in less than 5 mins. Definitely recommend!!!

We had the best experience today and our dogs are very happy. Andrea was extremely attentive and thorough. We will definitely be using her services again! If you’re looking for a mobile groomer, she’s the one you want!
