Again - gotta give credit to Temp Tex A/C & Heating Came back to check on us this past Tuesday when our ac wasn’t running like it was. Found out it was a part that had been welded when it shouldn’t have. Ordered our part for us through Carrier so we didn’t have to worry about it and dealt with all the warranty in between stuff. This might seem small but we also had a difficult week with our son being in the hospital. He’s out today! Came out again on Wednesday to try a few things to continue to try to help us. Gave us temporary ac units to put in our bedrooms so we could sleep. Always professional. Family run company that makes their customers feel like a priority! I cannot recommend them enough!
