New to hot tubs and unsure of what we wanted or how to maintain. Connected with Kasey and she dedicated an entire hour with me covering brands, maintenance, special offers and understanding my needs to find us the perfect hot tub. We landed on a beautiful Caldera and got quite a few add on features at no cost! It was such a great experience that we did not even pursue other retailers or brands.
