As mentioned by so many others, by far the best customer service at a nail salon. And it remains consistently clean. Didn't even know it was possible. Has their busy days and times but never due to understaffing. Every tech I have encountered has been friendly and professional. If I had to give any feedback is sometimes they don't have the colors you want yet they are displayed; however they are good about ordering it for the next shipment. And lastly my dip powders has chipped within a week once or twice.
Best service I've EVER received at a nail salon. Lovely atmosphere, large color selection and able to communicate easily. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with full complimentary cocktail offering!! I did a gel glitter ombré on natural nails (asked them not to change lengths) and they turned out perfect! Extreme attention to detail. I'll drive an hour to come back!
This is by far my favorite place I've ever been to for my nails! Every time I go in I have a wonderful experience! The front desk is always so kind and they have complimentary drinks too! My nails always look good and are sturdy to last every time in between appointments! I love it here!!
