They were not open when they said they would be. I tried for 3 days to get my hair cut and they were never there. Just save your time and energy and go downtown.

I made a appointment with them 1 week ago. I called day of appointment to see if I can make earlier 2 hours prior they said no keep my appointment. I showed up on time to be told if I could come back in an hour or tomorrow morning! No that is why I made the appointment. I walked out. Poor customer

I came into this salon around 10AM and didn't leave until nearly 5PM.. I was the only customer when I first came in. Came to get a full head of light brown highlights, I have dark hair. I only came into this salon because the one at the main BX was closed for renovations but the lady at the Paul Mitchell salon referred me to come here. Stylist was great, had a great personality but how long it took to finish and even the results were not satisfying enough to feel like $151 was a justifiable price to charge me.
