If I could give this place a 0 I would . Dr.Jocelyn wasn't so bad but, her staff is HORRIBLE ! Have put me through hell. First appointment they scheduled me for I showed up and they tried to say I didn't have one , double booked me. They told me to reschedule and they never answered the phone as you can see from the pics (all the 268 is her office) . When they due your either on hold or they're very rude. You show up and they ignore you, along with other unprofessional things. Did a procedure but I still felt the same . Found something in my intestines but I was told just come back if you feel worse . Smh RUN!

Too difficult to schedule with this place. Never was able to schedule an appointment after about 5 rounds of phone tag. Last straw was when the scheduler left an attitudinal voicemail message saying that she had called me back several times. They should have a better system for scheduling instead of voicemail. Ultimately, I went elsewhere.

The office staff does not seem to have the resources to handle intake calls from new patients and require more than a day just to take down information before they can even let you know if the physician are available to accept new patients. This office must be understaffed and not prepared to take care of patients. No sense of urgency care present. At your leisure if you are willing.
