I have been to Chiropractic clinics all over the country and seen numerous Doctors. Dr. Josh, his staff, and the clinic is the best I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you are warming up and getting ready to receive incredible personal care. He has several tools most chiropractors have never offered me like decompression stations and vibe tables which are perfect complements to the manual adjustments. I have been going through several months on decompression therapy on my knee and I have more flexibility and mobility without pain and swelling. Before South Texas Spine and Knee the knee pain from the arthritis I developed from two tears in my meniscus kept me from walking for long periods or sitting too long . I highly recommend South Texas Spine and Knee !
